Spacious room, friendly staff, the room was well-equipped with many amenities, including an electric kettle for convenience and complimentary toiletries, and we were just a short five-minute walk from the Shijo-karasuma subway stop, making it easy to explore the area.
Couldn't find any faults at all.

Perfect for short stays
The room was spacious enough for us, had all the basics like Nespresso machine and even a hot water boiler. Had a bit of a surprise with the excellent shower, it really packed a punch, made the stay feel luxurious.
It wasn’t exactly cheap but it was still worth the experience.

We had a lovely five-night stay and really appreciated the excellent food options and the amazing views from our room. The on-site spa and the peaceful garden provided great relaxation opportunities after a day of exploring. Just a heads up, it took us a bit to get the parking figured out, but other than that, it was a fantastic experience! 😊

Exceptional Service and Comfort
Our stay was truly memorable, primarily due to the amazing service from the staff who went above and beyond to make our experience enjoyable. The spacious Premium Triple Room we stayed in offered breathtaking mountain views and had all the necessary amenities, including a Nespresso machine. The breakfast buffet was a highlight, with a delightful spread that catered to both Western and Japanese tastes. However, the firmness of the pillows was slightly uncomfortable for us.
