The location was fantastic, just a short walk to key attractions. Our room stood out for its spaciousness and cleanliness, providing a very comfortable stay. The friendly staff made a positive impact, being helpful whenever needed. Additionally, I appreciated the beautiful mountain view from our room, enhancing our overall experience.

Spacious room, friendly staff, the room was well-equipped with many amenities, including an electric kettle for convenience and complimentary toiletries, and we were just a short five-minute walk from the Shijo-karasuma subway stop, making it easy to explore the area.

The room was spacious enough for us, had all the basics like Nespresso machine and even a hot water boiler. Had a bit of a surprise with the excellent shower, it really packed a punch, made the stay feel luxurious.

It wasn’t exactly cheap but it was still worth the experience.

We had a lovely five-night stay and really appreciated the excellent food options and the amazing views from our room. The on-site spa and the peaceful garden provided great relaxation opportunities after a day of exploring. Just a heads up, it took us a bit to get the parking figured out, but other than that, it was a fantastic experience! 😊

Had such an enjoyable time! The room was super spacious, and the bed was the coziest I’ve ever slept in. The staff were quick to help with our luggage and made our stay feel special. Loved the breakfast buffet—freshly cooked omelets were the highlight! Just wish the shower pressure was better sometimes.
